• If you submit your cancellation request before the deadline but we are unable to respond within 24 hours, we will still issue a full refund.

✅ Private Trip Cancellations:
• For private and customized trips, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip.
• If a cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the trip, no refund will be issued.

• Any cancellation requests submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
• Please ensure that your request is made on time to avoid any financial loss.
